1. Contracting Party and Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the HONSEN Club app and associated services. By registering for the app, you agree to these terms.

2. Registration and Membership

Using the HONSEN Club app requires registration. Upon registration, you agree to provide truthful information. Each person may only create one user account.

Membership in HONSEN Club e.V. is free of charge. We reserve the right to offer certain premium features for a fee in the future.

3. Usage Rules and Code of Conduct

3.1 Permitted Use

The app serves for communication between members of HONSEN Club e.V. and the exchange of topics related to travel, frequent flyer programs, and club activities.

3.2 Prohibited Content and Behavior

HONSEN Club e.V. has zero tolerance for offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content. The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Hate Speech and Discrimination: Content that incites hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, or other characteristics
• Harassment and Bullying: Repeated unwanted contact, stalking, threats, or intimidation
• Pornography and Sexual Content: Any pornographic or sexually explicit content
• Violence: Content that glorifies violence or incites violence
• Spam and Advertising: Unwanted advertising, repeated messages, or commercial content without permission
• False Information: Deliberate spreading of misinformation or fake news
• Copyright Infringement: Use of copyrighted content without authorization
• Illegal Activities: Content that promotes or supports illegal activities
• Personal Attacks: Insulting or hurtful personal attacks against other members

3.3 Consequences for Violations

Violations of these rules may result in the following actions:

• Warning and request to cease the behavior
• Temporary suspension of app usage
• Permanent suspension of user account
• Exclusion from HONSEN Club e.V.
• Legal action for serious violations

4. Data Protection

5. Intellectual Property

All content of the app, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by copyright. Use outside the app is only permitted with explicit authorization.

6. Liability Disclaimer

HONSEN Club e.V. is not liable for damages arising from the use of the app, unless such damages are based on intentional or grossly negligent behavior.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be changed at any time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes by email or through the app.

8. Final Provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
